Please allow 14-30 business days on all preordered units. If units are ready to ship they will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for WBJ to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.

The turnaround time for all wig construction (BYOB) services are 3-5 days. For custom unit orders, please allow 14-30 business days.

Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.
