Once the returned item is on our possession, we will process the refund as follows:
We only replace or accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is damaged or you've received the incorrect item. All customers have 5 business days after delivery to contact us with a return inquiry including images of the defective item(s).
Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of the purchase date, and must include a thorough explanation for the desired cancellation. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method on file minus the transaction fees. Refunds are processed and deposited within 1-5 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you decide to cancel your order beyond the initial 48 hour period given, please be informed that a 35% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund. This deduction accounts for specifications and personalized changes that are inherent in each order.
If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then call your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, make contact with your bank. A refund is usually posted after some processing time. If you have done all of this and have yet to get your refund, please contact us and we will assist you.

SHIPPING / ORDER FULFILLMENTPlease allow 14-30 business days on all preordered units. If units are ready to ship they will be dispatched within 5 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for WBJ to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.
The turnaround time for all wig construction (BYOB) services are 3-5 days. For custom unit orders, please allow 14-30 business days.
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update. Please keep in mind that once your order is shipped we are no longer responsible for any missing or damaged shipments.
