Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind that we do not provide refunds for failing to fully review our Store Policy before submitting your purchase. This specifically applies to our Shipping Policy and Return/Refund Policy.

1) Return Eligibility

  • Custom Items: All fully customized items are FINAL sale and aren't eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. This is specifically directed to any personalized or made-to-order products. Please review all details carefully before submitting any orders.
  • Non-Custom Items: For non custom products, returns are offered under certain conditions:
    • Restocking fee: All returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. This accounts for any specifications requested in the order.
    • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and sent within 5 business days
    • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the mistake was on our end.

 

2) Return Process 

If your order is eligible for return and you agree to the terms listed above, please follow the steps below:

    1. Contact WBJ customer support within 5 business days of delivery to request a return and provide the details necessary. Customer support will provide you with the return address to ship your order back to.
    2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all original items that were included in the packaging
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking details.

 

3) Refunds and Exchanges

Once the returned item is on our possession, we will process the refund as follows: 

  • Refunds: If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue you a refund minus the 35% restocking fee and shipping costs calculated at checkout within 1 business day.

  • Exchanges: Unfortunately we do NOT offer exchanges under any circumstance 

 

4) Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace or accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is damaged or you've received the incorrect item. All customers have 5 business days after delivery to contact us with a return inquiry including images of the defective item(s).

 

5) Order Cancellation 

Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of the purchase date, and must include a thorough explanation for the desired cancellation. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method on file minus the transaction fees. Refunds are processed and deposited within 1-5 business days but may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

If you decide to cancel your order beyond the initial 48 hour period given, please be informed that a 35% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund. This deduction accounts for specifications and personalized changes that are inherent in each order.

If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then call your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, make contact with your bank. A refund is usually posted after some processing time. If you have done all of this and have yet to get your refund, please contact us and we will assist you.
