1. Order processing

Order processing is the initial stage of the fulfillment process, including tasks such as payment and customer verification which are required for efficient order management/fulfillment 

Duration: 1-3 Business Days

 

2. Estimated Shipping Duration

Fulfillment durations are the timeframe in which we finalize, process, package and physically ship your order. Its crucial to consider that the estimated fulfillment length does not correspond to the actual delivery date. Please be mindful of the shipping method chosen at checkout and its transit time as for it is separate from the estimated fulfillment duration.

The estimated shipping windows for each order type are listed below, along with when you may expect to receive your order's confirmation email. Each product's order type can be found directly in the products description

 

  • Ready to Ship - Products that currently in stock and ready to be shipped/picked up within 3-5 business days
  1. All items in RTS collection

  • Non Custom - Products that are pre-made and require no additional customization on our end

Estimated shipping duration: 7-15 business days

 

  • Custom - Products/services that require full customization and client specifications. Custom products are made-to-order and provides clients with the ability to chose their desired length, texture, etc.
  1. Custom Signature Wig Preorder (can be any wig advertised In each hair origin)

Estimated shipping duration: 14-30 business days

 

3) Business Days & U.S Holidays

Please note that business operations, order processing/fulfillment and customer service are conducted only on business days. That means any estimated shipping/processing timeframes, durations provided on our website should be understood in terms of business days. It's important to take this into consideration when calculating the estimated arrival of your order. 

Business days are TUESDAY-FRIDAY! We are out of office SATURDAY-MONDAY meaning that those days are not included in the processing timeframe whatsoever.

4) Calculating Your Shipping Window

To calculate your shipping window manually, first determine the fulfillment duration stated for your order type (listed above). Starting from the next business day after your order was placed, count business days (T-F) until you reach the specified range that corresponds with your shipping window (excluding weekends and holidays. You should be able to accurately determine the timeframe in which your order should be scheduled for dispatch.

  1. Identify the first business day: Begin by identifying the first business day after your order was placed. This is typically the next business day following your order placement.
  2. Determine the duration of your fulfillment window: Kindly check the estimated shipping duration to identify your shipping window 
  3. Exclude weekends and holidays: Please take note of any holidays and weekends that fall within your shipping window and exclude them from your count.
  4. Determine your shipping window: Based on the number of business days calculated, determine the start and end dates of your fulfillment window. This will provide you with an estimated timeframe of when your order will be dispatched. 

 

5) Order Status, Updates and Tracking

The "Order Confirmation" and "Shipping Confirmation" emails serve as the primary means of communicating information on the status of your order. Although we do not provide individual order updates during the fulfillment process, refer to the Shipping and Fulfillment section above to determine your shipping window and current stage of the fulfillment process.

 

Order Confirmation email: After placing your order, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will be delivered instantly after you've submitted your purchase. It will include very important information such as your personalized order number and any other relevant information about your order.  

 

Shipping Confirmation Email: Shipping confirmation emails will be provided to you as soon as your order has officially been shipped within the predicted fulfillment window. This email will include tracking information that will allow you to track the status of your shipment while it is in transit. Please keep in mind that the tracking information may take up to 72 business hours to become active on the shipping carrier's website.

 

Tracking your order: To effortlessly monitor your shipment, simply click on the direct link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or enter the entire tracking number (which is included in the email) on the shipping carrier's website. The link will redirect to you to UPS's official website where you can retrieve real time updates on the movements and whereabouts of your shipment.

 

 

6) Shipping methods

Please note that the shipping method and transit time you select during checkout are not included in the expected fulfillment timeframe.

 

UPS Ground: The primary way by which we dispatch all orders, which often result in deliveries within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and other external factors. Please keep in mind that these expected delivery times may be affected during hectic postal office periods, such as Christmas season.

 

UPS Next Day Air (Express): An alternate shipping option is available for an additional fee. However, it is crucial to consider that this upgrade has no affect on processing timeframes or shipment windows. Instead, it only influences the speed of delivery after your order is dispatched within the shipping windows mentioned above. 


Local pickup: A convenient delivery service accessible only to local customers. Instead of having your order shipped, you can pick it up yourself at an approved pick-up location. This is extremely beneficial for our customers who prefer to collect their product in person whille saving on shipping costs. 

 

7) Shipment Delivery and Delays

The arrival date of your package is solely controlled by the activities of the shipping carrier (UPS). In general, parcel arrival time following order shipment is predicted to be between 2-5 business days. UPS will provide you with an anticipated delivery date in your tracking link, which is included with your shipping confirmation email. UPS bears all responsibility for the fast and secure delivery of your package once it is no longer in our possession. While we endeavor to provide all customers with realistic shipping window estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to the fact that they are dependent on the carrier's processes and unexpected circumstances that may arise. There are many factors such as weather, high volumes, and unforeseen occurrences within the carrier's system all have the potential to impact the actual delivery date.

We would like to highlight that at this point we have no influence over the speed or location of your parcel. We highly recommend using the tracking information provided to check the status of your delivery and receive real time updates from UPS. If you have any questions or concerns regarding you delivery process, we strongly advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues. They have the most accurate and up to date information regarding your delivery details.

 

8) Shipment Delays 

We recognize how important it is to receive your shipments on time, and we strive to provide efficient shipping services. However, it is very crucial to recognize that various events, both in and out of our control may occasionally cause shipping delays. In the event of a delay, we will make every attempt to communicate with you throughout the entire process. Please review the following information regarding probable delays:

  • Order Volume: During periods of high order volume, such as holidays or sales events, the increased quantity of order might have an influence on the processing and delivery times. A high volume of orders may cause som delays, although we prioritize fulfilling orders within the shipping window given.
  • Weather and Natural Events: Harsh weather conditions, natural disasters and other related occurrences can disrupt transportation networks and cause inevitable shipping delays. Severe storms such as hurricanes, snowstorms, etc. can all have an influence on UPS's capacity to function efficiently, which will potentially cause delays.
